Phase 1
Weeks 1-4
Rest is a long, important healing period, and we need your body’s natural repair working properly.

Phase 2
Weeks 5-8
Begin gentle, assisted movements, guided by your physiotherapist, to restore mobility without stressing the repair.

Phase 3
Weeks 9-16
Progressive resistance exercises build strength in the repaired area and restore functional capacity for daily activities.

Phase 4
Weeks 17+
Advanced strengthening and sport-specific training, clearing you for return to normal activities and hobbies.
